Founded in 1992, the English Department has been educating successful teachers and experts for more than 25 years. Some reasons to choose one of our programs:
- Located in the heart of the city, next to a park, in a recently reconstructed building with well-equipped classrooms, including a language lab.
- A truly international staff: 8 members are from abroad, 2 are native speakers of English.
- Many faculty members hold degrees from major British and Irish universities (St Anne's College, Oxford; University of Edinburgh; Trinity College, Dublin; University of Reading).
- Erasmus+ exchanges with universities in the UK, Norway, Sweden, Spain (including the Canary Islands), Italy and Portugal amongst others.
- It is possible to study English in combination with German, Spanish or Czech, Physical Education or ICT, amongst others.
